To contact the technical support team, visit the online help desk or call (866) 205-1011 anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days week.

Please note you may experience extended phone wait times to speak with a technical support agent while the implementation of 24/7 support is completed. We appreciate your patience and we look forward to serving you!

Students and instructors can also submit technical support requests by clicking on the support link found in their online course.  Visit the online help desk to submit a technical support ticket at any time and a technical support representative will respond to you as soon as possible. Helpdesk ticket requests are addressed in the order they are received, but you can expect a response within 48 hours.

Occasionally, the tech team may need to view your computer screen remotely. If a tech support representative directs you to access TeamViewer, please select either the Mac or Windows version located below to run the appropriate applet. When prompted, give the ID# to the technician.
