The ITAS Technical Support Team is available to assist online faculty and their online students with issues related to their UA Online courses. Tech Support can be reached via the online help desk or by phone. See below for contact information and hours of operation.

Tech Support Hours and Contact Information

Students and instructors can contact the UA Online Technical Support team by emailing, visiting the online help desk or by calling 205-348-6270 any time 24 hours a day, 7 days week. Help desk ticket requests are addressed in the order they are received, but you can expect a response within 48 hours.

Note that UA Online Technical Support team members monitor the help desk and phones from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (Central time). After 5:00 p.m. on weekdays, on weekends and during holiday periods, the Tech Support office can only be reached by phone. After-hours phone support is limited to issues specifically associated with the Blackboard Learning Management System. Technical issues that cannot be resolved by the 24/7 after-hours Blackboard representative will be forwarded to the Tech Support office and addressed on the next business day.
