The ITAS Technical Support Team is available to assist UA Online students and faculty with their Blackboard courses. In addition to providing troubleshooting assistance, the team supports instructors with course preparation in advance of each semester, as well as making ongoing improvements throughout the course life cycle.

The Technical Support team is available any time 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Help desk ticket requests are addressed in the order they are received, but you can expect a response within 2 business days.

Note that UA Online Technical Support team members monitor the help desk and phones from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central time, Monday through Friday. After 5 p.m., the Tech Support office can only be reached by phone. After-hours phone support is limited to issues specific to the Blackboard Learning Management System. Technical issues that cannot be resolved by the 24/7 after-hours Blackboard representative will be forwarded to the Tech Support office and addressed on the next business day.
